What is your typical process for beginning work with a client?

I begin with a free initial consultation to see if we are a good fit.  If we both agree to work together we start with a brief medical history and then a physical fitness test.  Sometimes a physician approval is required.  After fitness testing we develop a plan that includes the client's home or gym workout sessions.  After a few initial sessions to learn proper form, I give the client a set of exercises they can start doing on their own.  These are periodically evaluated and changed.
