I have been studying circus arts for several years. Acro yoga and aerial yoga have taught me the joys of being able to control my body and perform, as well as the level of background work involved. I know first hand that you are capable of more than you realize. "Quick fixes" bring more trouble than they're worth. Trust your teacher, perfect techniques, and trust the process. I bring these principles to my personal fitness training philosophy.
I'm most experienced with cable machines, dumbbells, and TRX. I love trying new equipment and varying up routines.
